2 of 2 people found the following review helpful cute, but not functional, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Headcase Etch A Sketch Hard Case for iPad 2 (RSI-162-2) (Personal Computers) I was so excited about this case because it is so cute. Unfortunately the design lacks functionality. The sleep button on the top right-hand side does not actually reach the real sleep button, and therefore doesn't work at all. And while there is a hole on the right hand side to control the volume, the back case comes out as far as the right edge of the front of the case. The back of the case is curved in, so the end result is it is almost impossible to reach the controls. Whoever designed this was not concerned about actually using the iPad, they were just concerned about looks. The Headcase Etch A Sketch Hard Case for iPhone 4 - AT&T and Verizon - 1 Pack - Case - Retail Packaging - Red is almost as bad, again it's just hard to reach the controls. Plus, everyone expects you to have an etch-a-sketch app, which it does not. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Nice look but that's all it has going for it, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Headcase Etch A Sketch Hard Case for iPad 2 (RSI-162-2) (Personal Computers) I really love the way the case look however it won't say close thus defeating the purpose for having a case. I would return it but I threw away the packing. I do not recommend this product. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Fun concept but not very functional, This review is from: Headcase Etch A Sketch Hard Case for iPad 2 (RSI-162-2) (Personal Computers) I was very excited to purchase this for my husband for nostalgic reasons, but we were both disappointed after we actually got in on the iPad. It didn't want to snap together when putting it on the iPad, and the kick stands break off every time we try to use them. When we finally got the case on correctly, it didn't seem like a good fit; if it's not in just right, the case causes the power button to stay pressed down. We were especially disappointed by the high price; I really thought the quality would be better considering what I paid for it. Would not recommend this to anyone. |
